Ideally located, you'll enjoy a host of nearby leisure activities: City of Issoire, Nautical Base in Issoire, adventure park in Orbeil, castles in Parentignat and Villeneuve Lembron, Vallée des Saints in Boudes...
The Holiday cottage is on two levels, and comprises on the first floor:
a dining room with open kitchen and wood-burning stove
-bedroom with double bed (140cm)
-shower room with WC
1st floor:
-bedroom with two 90cm beds
-bedroom with one 140cm bed and one 90cm bed
-a shower room
-separate WC
Outside, you'll benefit from a vast enclosed wooded plot of one hectare: it's the charming asset of this house! There's also a carport for cars, and a closed shelter on request for bikes and motorcycles. For a peaceful stay.

Pour trouver le gîte rue de la Pradoune indiquée ensuite au portail vert on voit à peine le panneau gîte de France. Peut-être revoir

Gilles 16 La Pradoune
Gîte très agréable,au calme,fonctionnel et bien équipé. Grand parc clôturé appréciable quand on a des animaux et des enfants. Les propriétaires sont vraiment accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Mdl Très bon séjour
Accueil sympathique des propriétaires.
Gite très confortable et spacieux.
Nous étions 5, et avions tout l espace désiré pour être au calme.
Le parc était magnifique aux couleurs de l' automne, et notre chienne a apprécié la liberté dans ce grand espace clos.
