Former barn totally renovated in 2019 to create a modern, comfortable Holiday cottage! Located in the Countryside in the heart of the charming village of Mareugheol, near Issoire.

- a superb 26 m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for summer evenings
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds (which can be joined together)
- a large shower room
- an independent toilet

First floor:
- bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) (can be joined together)
- laundry room
- separate toilet

Outside:
- large, fully enclosed plot with grassed area
- garage with box for recharging 7.4 kw electric vehicles (0.22€/kwh - extension cord not supplied. Rates vary according to regulated tariffs)
- cellar

Dogs up to 25kg allowed (more than 1 dog: contact reservation department)
