At the gateway to the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne and the Chaîne des Puys Unesco World Heritage Site, 10 minutes from Clermont-Ferrand's southern exit, the Zenith and the Grande Halle d'Auvergne, come and discover this house built within the ancient ramparts of the village of La Sauvetat, classified as a "Petite Cité de Caractère" and a "City of Art and History".

As you can see, it's ideally located for exploring the department, including the Vulcania theme park, the summit of Puy de Dôme, the Lemptégy volcano, Crapahute (accrobranches, canoeing and via ferrata), the Super Besse ski resort, and the towns of Besse and Saint-Nectaire. You can also take advantage of the many signposted hiking and mountain-biking trails nearby and starting from the Holiday cottage, as well as walks around Lake Aydat, Lake Chambon and Lake Pavin. At 3 km and 6 km, sites for FREE FLYING for Ailes Delta from Puy de Corent and Puy de Saint-Sandoux.
