To come to La Grange is to live a 100% Auvergne experience. The gîte is located in Seignemaux, a hamlet on the heights of Orcival, a typical Auvergne village with its famous basilica. Stone, wood and metal: noble materials for a top-quality gîte with impeccable finishings. As you enter, you'll fall under the spell of the cathedral living room with its majestic exposed beams. The wood-burning stove, enthroned in the center of the room, will accompany you with its gentle warmth and lively flame. The rest of the house is full of surprises. A superbly equipped kitchen, elegantly comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms made of stone and glass. The outdoor spaces are not to be outdone, with a beautiful terrace for summer evenings under the stars... A catering service is even available to help you savour the art of living in Auvergne! (for a few extra euros).
In detail, the gîte comprises
First floor:
- Living room/open kitchen
- Separate toilet
- Two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed (or 2 80cm beds) and private shower room (a few steps down to access the bedrooms)

- A landing with a BZ for extra sleeping (50€/pers/week)
This large stone house, typical of the region, comfortably accommodates two lodgings, "La Grange" for 8 people and "L'Etable" (63G1200) for 6 people. The two gîtes can be rented together for a total of 15 people.

Très beau gîte à Orcival
5/5Ce magnifique gîte est idéalement situé : 3h30 de Toulouse et Bordeaux seulement. On est à 5 minutes à pied seulement du très beau village d’Orcival via une route très peu fréquentée au milieu de la forêt (basilique, très bons restaurants, petit marché avec produits locaux). Beaucoup de randonnées et de très beaux sites à proximité. Vulcania est tout proche.
Le gîte est superbe, très bien restauré avec goût. On n’est pas dans un meublé touristique mais dans un gîte vivant où rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et fabriquent d’excellentes conserves (goûter le navarin d’agneau). Un jardin et une terrasse permettent de profiter de l’air de la montagne le soir.
