A non-adjoining terrace is ideal for birdwatching in the numerous nesting boxes, or enjoying a convivial moment over a barbecue. You'll pass the owner's house through the courtyard, which gives access to the 1000m2 enclosed communal grounds, planted with trees and flowers.
La Feuilleraie Holiday cottage is just waiting for you to discover the nearby spa resorts of La Bourboule and Le Mont-Dore, the Monts du Sancy, Lake Chambon, Lake Guéry and Lake Servières, the Parc Naturel de Millevaches in the Limousin and the City of Clermont-Ferrand, just 1 hour away.
The Semi-detached house is attached to the owner's house and comprises two dwellings.

J'ai repris depuis plusieurs années le flambeau de l'accueil dans les gîtes créés par mes parents en 1981 dans une grange attenante à notre maison de famille. Constamment entretenus et améliorés, les gîtes, situés dans le massif du Sancy , à proximité des champs de neige et des stations thermales de la Bourboule et du Mont-Dore , au cœur du Parc des Volcans, avec notamment Vulcania , jouissent d'une très belle vue sur les montagnes.
Le gîte est idéalement situé au cœur du village, avec tous les commerces, producteurs locaux et services à proximité. C'est avec plaisir que je vous accueillerai dans cet endroit calme qui dispose d'une cour et d'un jardin clos, où petits et grands passeront un séjour en toute tranquillité !

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen geräumig und man kann auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Haus selber ist alt, wie auch teilweise die Einrichtung. Es war aber alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist ruhig. Trotzdem ist man in 2 Minuten fußläufig in der Boulangerie und in 5 Minuten bei der Lagestation fürs E-Auto.
