La Datcha

Gîte a stone's throw from the center of a typical medieval Auvergne village in the heart of the volcanoes.

The owners, seasoned ambassadors for their region, will be happy to share with you all the good addresses and sites that are well worth a look. The medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise is just a few minutes' walk away, with its mix of Volvic stone, unusual stores and tasty restaurants.

The Holiday cottage is on the first floor of the owners' house:

It comprises :
- a kitchen/living room (140cm sofa bed: sleeps up to two people)
- bedroom with double bed (140cm)
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm)
- a bathroom
- two separate WCs
- a laundry room

Outside comfort :
- a 100m² private garden
- garden furniture

A little history: the Holiday cottage is located in the owner's former printing works on the first floor of the house. Most of the light comes through the large bay windows in the kitchen and living room. Each bedroom has its own window.
