Located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, come and enjoy a stay to recharge your batteries. You'll be ideally situated for exploring the Massif du Sancy and enjoying a wide range of activities: hiking, gastronomy, the Romanesque church of St Nectaire, Thermadore wellness center, Murol castle, Lac Chambon water sports center, Super-Besse ski resort... There's something for all ages and tastes. Anne-Laure and Stéphane welcome you to their gîte, which is laid out as follows. First floor: spacious living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and fully-equipped fitted kitchen. On the 1st floor: a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (80cm) and a bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm), 1 of which can be accessed from the mezzanine via a removable ladder, a shower room and toilet. In the basement, you'll find a garage for a car, skis, mountain bikes, etc. Outside, you'll enjoy the large, unenclosed adjoining plot with a swing set for younger guests, and the pretty, fenced-in terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. For your comfort, solar electric heating and wood are included in the rental price. Non-smoking gîte. Pets accepted on request (no cats).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour aux Arnats d'où il est facile de rayonner dans le massif du Sancy et la chaîne des Puys.

Jcsteph Jolie maison idéalement placee
Maison bien aménagée chaleureuse rien ne manque;on s'y sens bien de suite(2 adultes et 3 enfants) terrain avec 2 terrasses et garage ferme pour les vélos...
Très bien située proche de lieux de visites château de Murol saint nectaire lac d'aydat lac Chambon etc
Promenades avec vue sur le Sancy puy de dôme a quelques minutes à pieds depuis la maison Propriétaires disponibles et accueillants nous recommandons ce gite les yeux fermés...- Cleanliness

Très bon accueil de Anne Laure. Très à l écoute
La location est très confortable et impeccable.
Décor agréable avec beaucoup de bois donc très chaleureux.Nous avons visité les fontaines petrifiantes à st Nectaire ainsi que la ferme de Lambres où l on nous a expliqué la fabrication du st nectaire avec une dégustation.
Nous y retournerons si l occasion se présente avec grand plaisir
