La Closerie de Manou *

This beautiful, spacious 18th-century estate boasts a unique location, nestled in nature yet close to the many entertainment options and sports activities offered by the Sancy Massif.
Located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park and just 10 minutes from the highway, La Closerie de Manou is ideal for a gathering with family or friends. It offers a chic countryside atmosphere where charm and comfort blend with the warmth of antique furniture.

Better than a hot tub, the estate boasts a dream location next to natural hot springs—a true haven of peace along the Dordogne River where you can swim year-round! Rejuvenation guaranteed!

The holiday cottage consists of:

- Ground floor:
- a living room with an Austrian wood-burning stove (wood included) and a smart TV with a DVD player
- a large dining room and kitchen in the former bread oven
- a restroom with a sink

On the first floor: four bedrooms, each with a TV and a bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 1, La Roche des fées: two 90x200 beds or one 180x200 bed
- Bedroom 2, La Banne d’Ordanche: two 90x200 beds or one 180x200 bed
- Bedroom 3, Puy-Gros: two 90 bunk beds (top bunk not permitted for kids under 6 years old). It is also important to note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults
- Bedroom 4, Capucin: one 140x190 bed

Large 1,700 m² outdoor area with many outdoor activities: archery, ball games (Tennis, soccer, rugby), and a ping-pong table.
Marked trails start right from the house. 3 km from Mont-Dore and La Bourboule (Golf, Cinema, shows, Restaurants, Casino, crafts…). Motorcycle garage, storage room for mountain bikes and skis. The owners will be happy to assist you if you’d like to avoid the hassle of planning with à la carte services: massages/yoga, catering or dining services, hiking, mountain biking, or fatbike guides, ski lessons, corporate seminars…

Regarding capacity 63G1197: Prior approval from the owner is required for a 15th guest. Please contact our office before making any reservation. If approved, the additional fee is €290 for the 15th person. No additional guests—including infants—beyond 15 are permitted, in accordance with public access building regulations.
