A unique location for this large, beautiful 18th-century residence, nestled in the heart of nature, close to the many activities and sports on offer in the Massif du Sancy. In the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne and just 10 minutes from the freeway, La Closerie de Manou is ideal for a family reunion or a get-together with friends. The Countryside chic atmosphere combines charm and comfort with the warmth of antique furniture.

The Holiday cottage comprises: Ground floor: - living room with Austrian stove (wood included), connected TV with DVD player - large dining room and kitchen in the old bread oven - WC with washbasin 1st floor:
Four bedrooms, each with TV and en-suite shower room/WC - Bedroom 1, La Roche des fées: two 90x200 beds or one 180x200 bed - Bedroom 2, La Banne d'Ordanche: two 90x200 beds or one 180x200 bed - Bedroom 3, Puy-Gros: two 90 Bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for Kids under 6). Please also note that the two bunk beds are not suitable for adults) - Bedroom 4, Capucin: one 140x190 bed On the 2nd floor: Two bedrooms each with TV and shower room/WC - Bedroom 5, Charlannes: four 90x200 beds or one 180 and two 90 beds - Bedroom 6, Sancy: one 160x200 and one 90 bed For your convenience, beds are made on arrival.
Bathrobe rental available on request. Garage for motorcycles, mountain bikes and skis. Large outdoor area of 1700 m² with many outdoor games: archery, ball games (tennis, soccer, rugby) and table tennis. Marked trails from the house. 3km from Le Mont-Dore and La Bourboule (golf, cinema, shows, restaurants, Casino, crafts...). The owners will be happy to guide you if you wish to free yourself from organizational constraints with à la carte services: massages/yoga, catering or restaurant service, Hiking, mountain bike/Fatbike guides, ski lessons, company seminars... Prior agreement from the owner is required for a 15th person. Please contact us before booking. If this is agreed, the extra charge is €290 for the 15th person. In accordance with ERP regulations, no additional persons beyond 15, including babies, are accepted.
