Come and stay in this spacious, well-equipped house on two levels. The kitchen opens onto a pleasant terrace and lovely garden. The land, approx. 1000 m2, is flat and fully enclosed.

The house is just outside City, close to shops and major roads. The Grands Thermal bath de la Bourboule are a 15-minute walk away: enjoy the Casino, gardens and shops, as well as the many colorful bridges over the Dordogne. In addition, nature lovers will be delighted by the Massif du Sancy, where they can discover majestic landscapes on foot or by bike, or around the bend of a village or mountain road. The many lakes in the area will also give your stay a great deal of approval.
