La Brenatière

If you've ever thought of a vacation home where you can get together with family or friends, La Brenatière is it! This 19th-century house, completely renovated in 2016, is just like its owners: welcoming, cheerful, full of life... You'll feel right at home here. Jocelyne and Christian are hosts you'll want to meet, and with whom it's a pleasure to chat. On the first floor: large, fully-equipped kitchen, dining room for convivial meals, laundry room, shower room and separate WC.

On the 1st floor: a large living room for board game or TV evenings, or just a moment to get together, a bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room and a toilet. On the 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a shower room, a toilet and a mezzanine with a 160cm BZ bed. All floors are perfectly soundproofed to respect everyone's sleep.

Outside, you'll enjoy a fully enclosed courtyard with a terrace area and gas barbecue. Heating included: reversible air conditioning and a pellet stove. Cleaning service included. Issoire is 5km away, with all shops and services. The Massif du Sancy, with its majestic landscapes, is less than 30 minutes away by car. The "Tuscany of Auvergne", with its listed villages such as Montpeyroux, is 30 minutes away by car. The Parc du Livradois Forez and its natural areas are less than 30 minutes away by car.
