In the heart of the hamlet of Segonzat, in the commune of St-Gervazy, this detached village house offers on the first floor:

You'll love the outdoor space, with its pretty terrace and pergola. For a touch of Wellbeing, Marie-Claire and Michel can put their Spa at your disposal, as an optional extra (€20/hour). Electric heating costs vary according to consumption.
Numerous hikes, activities and walks are possible in the vicinity of the Holiday cottage: Issoire and its abbey church, a lovely hike to discover the Auvergne Colorado: the Valley of the Saints, a visit to the Château de St-Gervazy with its toy horse museum or the Château de Villeneuve-Lembron, the Auvergne animal park at Ardes-sur-Couze, the Parc des Volcans or the La Godivelle nature reserve...
Pets are not allowed, except guide dogs.

Fmary Séjour Segonzat
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et toujours disponibles pour des conseils d’activités. M Comptour connaît bien sa région. Le gîte est bien situé et permet de randonner sans prendre la voiture. On peut pousser plus loin sur le plateau du Cézallier, magnifique en hiver. Ou visiter Issoire, Brioude, de nombreux villages perchés avec des vues panoramiques.
