In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, this beautiful house, adjoining the owners' home, offers two gîtes.
The first floor features a shared entrance, a wellness area with spa (subject to regulations and not open every day) and an elevator.
On the 1st floor, the gîte La Banne is designed for 6 people: a kitchen opening onto a dining room and living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a shower room with WC.
2nd floor: bedroom with three 80cm beds, shower room with WC.
Electric heating included. Two private terraces. Beautiful shared exterior with views of the Sancy massif. 66 m2 room shared with gîte 63G1250, in the former cowshed, with several comfort features: a reading-library area, a relaxation area with leather sofas, and a ping-pong table. As the room is not heated, it is used in winter only as a ping-pong room.
Numerous leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Bourboule spa, Mont-Dore ski resort, La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center, etc. Shops and services in Saint Sauves d'Auvergne (2.5 km).

Un balcon sur l'Auvergne
5/5Accueil personnalisé au téléphone mettant en confiance le futur locataire en présentant géographiquement le lieu, sa situation par rapport au département. Les gîtes sont séparés en deux. Un "petit" qui a tout d'un grand ainsi qu'un "grand". Vous arrivez dans une entrée commune, spacieuse, salle de lecture, tennis de table, jacuzzi, chaîne hi-fi pour l'ambiance feutrée. Le confort face au massif du Sancy. L'accès aux appartements se font par escalier ou ascenseur. De Saint Sauves départ dans un rayon de 30 km pour toutes les randonnées, Mont Dore, Col Saint Robert, Besse, Le Puy de Dôme, les lacs... Notre hôte, Jean, est au petits soins pour vous, il est passionné par ce qu'il fait. Sans aucun doute il vous fera découvrir sa culture. Merci pour ce séjour.
