Come and stay in this quiet little place, with family or friends. Set of 5 stone cottages each with its private outdoor space. You will be close to Issoire with its Romanesque Church of St-Austremoine, its alleys, its many cultural and sporting activities. You can escape to the Livradois-Forez mountains, to take a breath of fresh air, go on beautiful hikes.
Independent house on 3 levels. On the ground floor: large friendly kitchen, living room with fireplace (free wood). On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a baby bed (+ changing table) and its private bathroom / wc, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each which can be joined, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom 1 90 bed and a child's bed, shower room / wc. On the garden level: 1 shower room / wc and an optional activity room. 2 large terraces, common 7000m² unfenced land. Oil heating according to consumption. Shops and services in Sauxillanges 4 km.
Possibility to rent the 5 gîtes together: 33 persons in total, common space and kitchen.

Magnifique séjour loin du monde
5/5Quel plaisir de passer quelques jours en pleine nature entourée de toute ma famille :enfants et 12 petits-enfants qui tous selon leur âge ont trouvé de quoi s'occuper et se détendre . Les deux maisons étaient parfaites, vastes, meublées avec goût et très bien équipées. Nous y reviendrons avec joie si nous arrivons à nouveau à réunir tout le monde. Le propriétaire était très disponible et de bon conseil. Merci pour tout!
