It comprises: Ground floor: - an open-plan kitchen with TV lounge/living room and fireplace opening onto a private terrace with panoramic views of the Monts d'Auvergne - a shower room/WC - a storeroom - a laundry room 1st floor: - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a cot - two bedrooms with three single beds (90cm) - a TV lounge/reading area - a shower room/WC - a sitting area 2nd floor:
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds and a washbasin opening onto a small terrace Dogs are accepted on condition that they do not climb into the rooms or onto the sofas, and that they are clean and well-behaved. Please inform us of their presence when you make your reservation. Any damage will be deducted from the security deposit. Cats are not accepted for allergy reasons. Baby equipment on request: folding bed, bathtub, high chair... 7,000m2 common, unenclosed plot. Please note: During weekends (except summer), bank holidays and Christmas vacations, we prefer to rent our Holiday cottage hamlets MANAJEP (29 pers.) and HELIMO (18 pers.), or the entire Holiday cottage village of Goulapie (47 pers.). Don't hesitate to make a pre-application for the rental of a single cottage.
