The Sources et Volcans 3 épis gîte is located in a quiet, peaceful hamlet ideal for recharging your batteries.
You'll appreciate the comfort of this place and its pleasant, flower-filled country setting. Elegant gîte, carefully and modernly furnished on two levels, in a detached house with terrace and private garden, close to the owners' house on a vast plot of land (9000 m²).
First floor:
- living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace.
1st floor:
- 1 large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- separate toilet and shower room.
For your peace of mind, the bed is made up on arrival and cleaning products are provided.
Electric heating included.
The gîte is equipped with wifi (fiber installed soon).
You can enjoy hiking, horse-riding and mountain-biking on the many signposted trails, as well as fishing on the banks of the Sioule and around the many Combrailles ponds. The Sioule Gorges are classified as a Natura 2000 area for nature conservation and species protection. For swimming, the Fades lake (11km) has 3 supervised beaches (July and August). You'll be ideally situated to discover the Auvergne volcanoes, Vulcania (13Km), the puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, the Lemptegy volcano...
The gite has been awarded the "gite de pêche" label by the French fishing federation. There's also a place for your boat and a closed room for storing your equipment or bikes.

Said Très bon séjour en Auvergne
Séjour très agréable dans le Gite de la propriétaire , avec a l'arrivée un pot de confiture. Le gîte correspond bien à la description et rien ne manque.
Il y a a disposition de nombreux livres pour faire des randonnées et pour visiter la région.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Excellent séjour en Auvergne,une très belle région,lorsque l'on lit les avis, tout est dit. Cécile nous a très bien accueilli et bien aiguillé sur les différents commerces pouvant nous intéresser , surtout ne passez pas devant la chocolaterie COLOMBET à Pontigaud sans vous y arrêter ce serait dommage...excellentissime .. Nous avons fait également le plein de confiture MARIE à l'épicerie NUMES de Chapdes-Beaufort, excellente et nous sommes répartis avec du bon pain et des bons gâteaux de son voisin boulanger. Nous reviendrons c est sûr, une semaine c est trop court pour tout visiter.
