The Sources et Volcans 3 épis gîte is located in a quiet, peaceful hamlet ideal for recharging your batteries.
You'll appreciate the comfort of this place and its pleasant, flower-filled country setting. Elegant gîte, carefully and modernly furnished on two levels, in a detached house with terrace and private garden, close to the owners' house on a vast plot of land (9000 m²).
First floor:
- living room with open-plan kitchen opening onto the terrace.
1st floor:
- 1 large bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- separate toilet and shower room.
For your peace of mind, the bed is made up on arrival and cleaning products are provided.
Electric heating included.
The gîte is equipped with wifi (fiber installed soon).
You can enjoy hiking, horse-riding and mountain-biking on the many signposted trails, as well as fishing on the banks of the Sioule and around the many Combrailles ponds. The Sioule Gorges are classified as a Natura 2000 area for nature conservation and species protection. For swimming, the Fades lake (11km) has 3 supervised beaches (July and August). You'll be ideally situated to discover the Auvergne volcanoes, Vulcania (13Km), the puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, the Lemptegy volcano...
The gite has been awarded the "gite de pêche" label by the French fishing federation. There's also a place for your boat and a closed room for storing your equipment or bikes.

Je recommande vivement ce gîte pour les personnes qui souhaitent associer à la fois la tranquillité, la douceur de vivre mais aussi les randonnées en pleine nature ; elles ne seront en aucun pas déçues.
J'ai pu bénéficier d'un excellent contact avec la propriétaire Cécile, plein de conseils utiles mais aussi avec l'une de ses amies bienveillante à mon égard.

Seb Agréable gîte
Gîte très agréable et propre et bien situé pour de belles balades, la propriétaire est très sympathique et elle pense à tout pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. La région est magnifique. Nous avons juste trouvé le matelas très dure. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

Un gîte très propre il ne manque rien. Une excellente literie.

Fgph Gîte cosy et confortable
Très joli Gîte aménagé avec beaucoup de gout, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (lave linge, sèche linge, cafetière filtre ou capsule, etc), d'une très grande propreté et une literie très confortable

Premier séjour dans le Puy de Dôme.Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter la région. Il est très bien équipé et très propre.Tout est parfait. L'accueil de la propriétaire est très chaleureux. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.
