Discover this warm and independent Holiday cottage, ideally located in Saint-Nectaire, in the heart of the unspoilt countryside of the Parc naturel régional des Volcans d'Auvergne. Perfect for vacations with family or friends, this accommodation combines simplicity and functionality, in an authentic and relaxing setting.
The house features a large, bright living room, perfect for relaxing after a day out. With three bedrooms and an additional sleeping area for two, the Holiday cottage can accommodate up to eight travelers in a cosy, relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy a lovely wooden terrace, equipped with a built-in Spa for relaxing moments in the open air, facing the mountains or under the stars. The private courtyard makes parking easy, and a secure garage is available for bikes or motorcycles.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor:
-the living room (kitchen/lounge/dining room) with access to the terrace and Spa (€100 supplement per stay from April 1 to April 30)
-separate WC

1st floor:
-bedroom with two Bunk beds (top bunk not suitable for Kids under 6)
-bedroom with 160cm bed
-bathroom with shower and bathtub
-separate WC

2nd floor:
-a suite with a 160cm bed and shower
-sleeping area with two 90cm beds
-separate WC

You can recharge your electric vehicle on site, for an additional €10 per day.

Just a stone's throw from the Saint-Nectaire Thermal Baths, Auvergne lakes and Hiking trails, this Holiday cottage is the ideal base for exploring the region's natural treasures: dormant volcanoes, typical villages and local AOP cheeses. Outdoor sports enthusiasts (mountain biking, Hiking, Cross-country skiing in winter) will be delighted!
