In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, at the foot of the Chaîne des Puys Unesco World Heritage Site, enjoy this all-inclusive gîte!
A 100% made in Auvergne creation in a barn built in 1848, adjoining the owners' home in an unspoilt environment.
This gîte will delight young and old alike, perfect for couples, solo travelers, families with children, spa-goers or sports enthusiasts!
Outside you'll enjoy a garden area with table and chairs, hammock, garden furniture, sunbathing area benefiting from an unobstructed view of nature, barbecue and gas plancha.
Many leisure activities: cogwheel train up to Puy de Dôme, hiking, trail running, paragliding, Royatonic spa in Royat, Vulcania amusement park and volcanoes of Lemptegy in Saint Ours, several lakes for swimming, water sports (Lac d'Aydat with its sailing school) and walks, visits to castles (Murol, Pontgibaud), golf courses in Charade or Orcines, downhill skiing in Super-Besse (41.2km) and Le Mont-Dore (34km). Shops and services in Theix 4 km, Orcines 9 km, Ceyrat 9 km, Clermont-Ferrand 14 km and Pontgibaud 20 km.
The gîte comprises on the first floor:
-separate entrance with dressing area and laundry room
1st floor:
-a large, bright living room with a warm, modern feel, including a sitting area with stove, dining area, open kitchen, connected office area (wifi - the gîte is equipped with fiber, bluetooth speakers)
-bedroom with 160cm bed
-a shower room
-separate WC
On-site parking for 2 vehicles and bike storage.

5/5Tout est magnifiquement bien pensé, nous n'avions jamais logé dans un gîte si bien équipé, tout est prévu... des plaids au anti moustiques (pas un seul aperçu d'ailleurs).
Très surpris de la propreté du gîte, pas une poussière, ni emprunte, même les velux avaient été nettoyées avant notre arrivée.
Petites attentions des propriétaires qui ont ravi nos papilles. Je recommande à 200%

Encore un excellent séjour
5/5C'est la troisième fois que je séjourne à la Grange des Puys et c'est toujours un très grand plaisir. Le gîte est magnifique, confortable, absolument impeccable. Tout est très bien pensé, les hôtes sont chaleureux et pleins d'attentions. Bref, je recommande !

Un gîte très bien situé et confortable
5/5Gîte très bien situé pour découvrir la région. Nous y séjournons pour la quatrième fois ! Nous apprécions son confort (literie, oreillers, …) et l’équipement ou tout le nécessaire est présent (formidable machine à café !). Le poêle à bois (bois fourni) est très agréable. Merci à Karine et Fred pour leur accueil, pour nous et notre chienne.

Très beau séjour
5/5Belle grange modernisée, tout confort, très bien équipée.
Le site est magnifique, l'emplacement du gîte est idéal, entre le parc des Volcans et la ville de Clermont-Ferrand, pour alterner les plaisirs.
