Situated in a peaceful hamlet in the commune of Manzat, this family home welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne. Close to Vulcania, this Holiday cottage can accommodate up to 8 people and is an ideal base from which to discover the region's natural riches.

Just five minutes away is the Gour de Tazenat, a magnificent crater lake where you can enjoy swimming, pedal-boating or fishing. The shops in Manzat are just 1.5 km away, combining the tranquility of the Countryside with the proximity of services.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor :
- living/dining room opening onto terrace with pergola
- kitchen
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, with private shower room and WC

1st floor :
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed, with private bathroom and WC
- bedroom with 160cm bed, private shower room and WC

Outside, an unenclosed garden lets you make the most of fine weather. The Holiday cottage is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, with no through traffic. The opening pergola creates a convivial space for meals on the terrace when the sun comes out. Petanque enthusiasts can play outside with their own boules, and dry toilets are also installed outside.

Three parking spaces are available on site. A bike and motorcycle shelter is available in an unlocked shed. For electric vehicles, charging points are available at the Manzat service area, around 5 km away.

The Holiday cottage is equipped to welcome young Kids, with a cot, high chair and changing mat. Heating is metered all year round (except July and August), at an estimated cost of between €20 and €100 per week, depending on consumption.
