ALL INCLUSIVE! Magnificent stone house totally renovated in 2020 in a pretty, typical Auvergne hamlet! The Gîte du Coudy will delight you with its high level of comfort, quality materials and modern design, for a stay in the heart of authentic Auvergne! Ideally located to take advantage of a host of activities and exceptional natural sites: close to the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, the spa town of La Bourboule, the Vulcania and Volcan de Lemptégy leisure parks, the Château de Cordès, the Orcival basilica, numerous crater lakes and the magnificent Chaîne des Puys, recently listed as a Unesco World Heritage site. On the first floor, the gîte comprises a bright and pleasant open-plan living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room/wc. We love the south/east exposure of the living room for optimal sunshine! Upstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined together, and an adjoining office/nursery area with a BZ sofa (2 extra people accepted free of charge), a very comfortable shower room and a separate toilet. For your comfort, everything is included: beds are made up on arrival, towels are provided, heating and cleaning are included. Pellet stove available (pellets supplied at no extra charge). WIFI. Outside, you'll enjoy a lovely private enclosed area with garden furniture and barbecue. A second green outdoor space with trees is also available. Private parking. The gîte adjoins a barn.
