With its 3 comfortable bedrooms, this Holiday cottage combines authentic charm with modern amenities. You'll enjoy a large private garden, ideal for siestas in the shade, al fresco meals or simply admiring the scenery in complete serenity.
The owners live nearby, but their house is far enough away to preserve your privacy. They will be delighted to welcome you and show you around their little corner of paradise.
It's the perfect place to recharge your batteries, disconnect from the world and enjoy a real "end of the world" feeling. You can visit Ambert, the Musée de la Fourme, the Moulin Richard de Bas...

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
First floor:
- a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (plus: raclette machine, grill and fondue pot/Senseo coffeemaker) with a wood-burning stove
- laundry room
- separate toilet

First floor: bedroom
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- bedroom with one 140cm bed
- bedroom with two 90cm beds
- large bathroom with shower
- separate toilet

Outside:
From the living room, you have direct access to a beautiful terrace, in bloom on sunny days! This is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for outdoor meals.
A large wooded area is also available, with a swing for the Kids and nature as far as the eye can see: a true haven of peace for young and old alike.

Parking:
A parking space is located just behind the house. It is also possible to park a second vehicle nearby if required.
