Welcome to this Holiday cottage, nestled in the picturesque village of Parent. A former winegrower's house that has been fully restored, this accommodation combines old-world charm with modern comforts. The carefully preserved exterior bears witness to the local heritage.
Inside, you'll discover a carefully appointed space. The living room, equipped with a sofa bed, can accommodate up to 2 extra beds if required. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen lets you prepare meals just like at home.
Although the Holiday cottage doesn't have a garden, there are two terraces: a shaded terrace with a pergola in front of the cottage, and a small terrace at the back of the house with two deckchairs, perfect for relaxing in the peace and quiet.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor:
-the kitchen opening onto the living/dining room (2 extra beds in the sofa)
-separate WC

1st floor:
-bedroom with 160x200 bed and private terrace
-bedroom with one 160x200 bed
-bedroom with two 90x190 beds
-bathroom with WC

This Holiday cottage, adjoining a house, is located in a quiet street, where the owners live a little further up the road. To preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood, parties and noisy gatherings are not permitted.

Located in the Puy-de-Dôme region, this holiday cottage is an ideal starting point for discovering the region's natural and cultural riches: Hiking, volcanoes, typical villages, and much more.The owners are available to advise you on local activities and ensure you have a pleasant stay.
