The warm atmosphere created by Aurélie and Julien, who have elegantly renovated their Holiday cottage using noble materials such as stone and wood, will enchant you.

The Holiday cottage comprises, on the first floor :
- a large 120 m² living room with open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, separate toilet and laundry room.
The ground floor has been awarded the Tourism and Handicap label for all disabilities, with special access for people with reduced mobility.

1st floor: (this floor is not accessible to people with reduced mobility, only the first floor is PRM)
- 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), each with its own private bathroom
- a large bedroom with 4 single beds (90cm) that can be joined to make two single beds (180cm), and a private shower room,
- 2 separate toilets
- a stretched net that will delight young and old alike for a moment of relaxation

2nd floor:
- a billiard room and reading corner

It is important to note that the floors are neither Tourism and Handicap certified, nor accessible to people with disabilities.

The house's vast open spaces give everyone the freedom to pursue their own activities. In fine weather, you can also take advantage of the terrace in the large, unfenced grounds. Petanque enthusiasts will be delighted by the petanque court.

For your comfort, the Holiday cottage is ALL INCLUSIVE: heating, bathroom linen, sheets (beds not made)....

The area is also rich in activities: Hiking in the immediate vicinity, visit to the Manoir de Veygoux, Riom City d'Art et d'Histoire, the spa town of Châtelguyon, the Méandres de Queuille, Vélo rail at the Viaduc des Fades, Vulcania and Lemptégy only 18 km away, the Puy de Dôme 30kms...
