Holiday cottage located in the heart of the village of Messeix, a peaceful rural commune in the Puy-de-Dôme region, rich in industrial and historical heritage, with a natural environment appreciated by lovers of the outdoors and local heritage.

- living-dining room with cathedral ceiling and fireplace
- kitchen
- a bathroom
- separate WC
- a bedroom with four 90cm beds, two of which are bunk beds (upper beds are not suitable for children under 6)

1st floor :
- two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room
- an entrance hall shared with Holiday cottage 63G63228 (sleeps 7)

A shared garden (with Holiday cottage 63G63228) with indirect access. It is below the Holiday cottage and has garden furniture.

Many activities await you in the village: the Mine Museum and the Rural School Museum.
Fishing and swimming at the Béal des Roziers Lake and no-kill fishing on the Dordogne.
Nearby: La Bourboule spa, Massif du Sancy and Gorges de la Dordogne.
