If you're looking for a change of scenery, if you like the charm of the old and the comfort of the new, then this spacious, well-equipped detached house, renovated in a typical old farmhouse, is just what you're looking for.
It's ideally located in the heart of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, at Espinasse, in the commune of Saulzet-le-Froid, between Sancy and Puy-de-Dôme (1000m altitude) in a Unesco-listed site.
Nearby, you'll have a choice of many activities: the Servière, Aydat, Guéry and Chambon lakes, the Château de Murol, the village of Saint- Nectaire with its Romanesque church, the ski resorts of Super-Besse and Mont-Dore, the Basilique d'Orcival, the Puys de la Vache and Lassolas and the Vulcania theme park.
The owners will be happy to advise you on GR and PR Hiking trails, departing from the property!

Danièle P de puys en lacs
très agréable séjour : le gite (dans un petit hameau des plus calmes) a une situation idéale pour découvrir dans un rayon de 25km de très belles ballades, ainsi qu'un patrimoine exceptionnel. Nous avons été bien conseillés par notre logeur , cartes et documents pertinents à disposition.

Le Pariou Très agréable séjour à Espinasse
Séjour très agréable dans un gîte au confort simple et auquel il ne manque rien. La localisation est parfaite entre Monts du Cantal et Chaîne des Puys, magnifique région où tant de choses sont à découvrir. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, sans oublier leur excellente confiture maison fraise rhubarbe. Merci!

Zazie Un très bon séjour
C'était notre 3ème séjour dans ce gîte très agréable et confortable, les propriétaires sont très accueillants et arrangeants. De très belles randonnées sont possibles au départ de la maison.
