Located in a former carpentry depot, this spacious, brand-new country accommodation awaits you for a nature break. You couldn't ask for a better location, with the Puy-de-Dôme "just around the corner" and its Chaîne des Puys, as well as the town of Clermont-Ferrand. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you'll find a garage in the middle of the apartment for parking. A 6-person section to the left of the garage and a 4-person section to the right of the garage (accessed via the garage). This apartment can also be rented for 4 or 6 people only. Surveillance camera in the garage, also accessible by the owner. The laundry room is in the garage. Motorcycles, bicycles, etc. can be parked under cover.
