Located in a peaceful hamlet in Larodde, this holiday cottage—housed in a fully renovated old stone house—offers a warm and comfortable setting for a stay with family or friends. Combining authenticity with modern comfort, it can accommodate up to 7 people, with the option of an extra bed for an adult or a kid.

The holiday cottage features 3 comfortable bedrooms, a cozy living room, and amenities designed to help you fully enjoy a peaceful stay in a preserved natural setting. Outside, everyone can enjoy the beautiful outdoor areas equipped with a barbecue, patio furniture, and a small relaxation corner—perfect for sharing meals al fresco or simply enjoying the tranquility of the surroundings.

The holiday cottage features on the ground floor:
- a large living area with a kitchen, living room, and a large dining table
- a bathroom
- a laundry area with a toilet and washing machine

On the first floor:
- a living area with a pull-out bed for an adult or a child (for an 8th person)
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed
- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed
- a bathroom
- a toilet

A second holiday cottage for 10 people is located right next door, allowing two families or groups of friends to stay side by side while maintaining their independence. However, due to public access building regulations, groups of more than 15 people are not permitted.

Located between the Sancy Mountains and the unspoiled landscapes of northern Puy-de-Dôme, Larodde is an ideal destination for lovers of nature and the great outdoors. The surrounding area offers numerous opportunities for hiking, biking, and outdoor activities. Just a few kilometers away, Lake Bort-les-Orgues offers swimming, water sports, and moments of relaxation by the water.
