Welcome to Phoebe's Holiday cottage, nestled in the heart of Saint-Sauves-d'Auvergne, a charming village in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne. Soak up the serene, authentic atmosphere of this little corner of paradise, ideal for a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Surrounded by unspoilt nature and breathtaking scenery, Phoebe's Holiday cottage offers an exceptional setting where modern comfort and warmth meet in harmony. Whether you're a Hiking enthusiast, a cultural explorer or simply looking for some peace and quiet, this Holiday cottage promises an unforgettable experience.
The Holiday cottage is located on the first floor of the owner's house:
- a fully-equipped kitchen-living room (Senseo coffee maker) with a sofa bed (140cm mattress)
- a large bedroom with a 140cm bed
- access from the bedroom to the WC shower room
Outside, in the pretty garden, you'll find garden furniture with parasol and barbecue.
A 5-minute walk from the Holiday cottage, you'll find the local pétanque court, as well as basketball, soccer and tennis courts.
Access to the house is via a sloping driveway. This driveway is secured by a security camera.

PierreG GIte correct pour des vacances en Sancy
Le gite est très bien, confortable, bien situé par rapport au Sancy.
Manque un congélateur et les informations pratiques (poubelles, commerces à proximité...) comme nous en avons l'habitude en gites de France.
L'accueil n'est pas réalisé par les propriétaires mais par une gestion locative qui a eu peu de temps à nous accorder (enchaine les RDV et a changé les horaires d'accueil à la dernière minute), mais néanmoins disponible pour notre départ un jour plus tôt.- Cleanliness

Concernant le congélateur, il y a un compartiment dans le frigo.

Bon séjour, gîte très bien placé pour visiter la région.
Petits commerces et petit marché le dimanche dans le village.
Gîte très bien et petit plus frais par grosse chaleur c'est appréciable.
