Nico and Laeti are delighted to welcome you to this recently renovated house, ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Here you'll find plenty of opportunities for Hiking and enjoying the magnificent landscapes of the Auvergne.
What's more, the Holiday cottage is within easy reach of numerous attractions such as the Vulcania park and the Volcan de Lemptégy, which are sure to delight young and old alike.
The entrance to the house is on the 1st floor, from the wooden terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
The Holiday cottage comprises :
1st floor:
- a large living room with open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area
Level N-1 :
- a bedroom with a 160cm bed and two 90cm Bunk beds (access to the street from the bedroom through a French window)
- a shower room opening onto the bedroom
- separate toilet

Le gîte de Nicolas est très bien placé pour découvrir la chaine des puys. Le gîte est très calme, bien équipé. Mention spéciale pour la suite parentale,très agréable et fraîche pour les journées chaudes. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

Laure-Anne & Cyril Magnifique séjour Auvergnat
Nous avons apprécié le calme du gite et sa localisation pour découvrir la région (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, musée de Gergovie, randonnées dans la chaine des Puys, Volcan de Lemptégy). Gîte bien équipé et la chambre fraîche au rdc était très agréable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. On recommande vivement!
