The Holiday cottage at Lapierre is ideal for a family looking to recharge their batteries in the peace and quiet of the Auvergne! Blandine and Olivier welcome you to their Holiday cottage adjoining their home.
You'll almost have your feet in the organic vegetable garden, and the owners will be delighted to offer you seasonal vegetables to get your stay off to a good start.
Through the bay window, you'll be able to admire the Livradois mountains and see green as far as the eye can see.
Around the Holiday cottage, you can take advantage of the trail that leads you in the footsteps of the little owl, hiding in the ruins of the old adobe farmhouses lining the paths. Be careful, however, not to be robbed of your provisions by the grey shrike that reigns here in this environment protected by the LPO. Finally, in the surrounding meadows, you'll be able to admire the region's animal emblems: the majestic Ferrandaise cows, renowned for the milk and meat they provide.
Hiking, mountain biking, visits to the cities of Ambert, La Chaise-Dieu and Le Puy-en-Velay, the Prabouré ski resort and the Richard de Bas paper museum, not forgetting a taste of the region's gastronomic delights.
Everything has been done to ensure that you have a pleasant stay in an area of generous forests, renowned for their abundance of mushrooms.

The Holiday cottage comprises :

First floor:
- a kitchen opening onto the dining room
- sitting area with wood-burning stove
- shower room with closed-circuit hydromassage shower and WC

1st floor :
- bedroom with double bed (140cm), sitting area and balcony
- a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed (plus a 90cm pull-out bed for an extra person)
- an independent WC
Please note that the owners only allow a maximum of one pet in their Holiday cottage.
