Located in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, between the Chaîne des Puys and the Sancy Massif, this recently renovated house is the perfect base for exploring all the wonders of the department.
Semi-detached house, located right next to the “Chez Antoine” holiday cottage (63G1514); both holiday cottages can also be booked together under listing number 63G1520, for groups or extended families.

The holiday cottage consists of the following on the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living area with a dining room, living room, and open kitchen
- A bathroom with a toilet
- A storage room

First floor:
- A mezzanine
- A bedroom with a 140 bed
- A bedroom with a 140-bed and a 90 bunk bed (the top bunk is off-limits to kids under 6 years old)

Outside, a small, unfenced yard welcomes you with a table, chairs, and a plancha grill to enjoy sunny days. A motorcycle garage is available in the adjoining barn, and Heating is included.

Nearby, you’ll find the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the city of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, as well as the Monts du Sancy, a prime destination for hiking, skiing, and water sports on the lakes. Heritage enthusiasts won’t want to miss the picturesque villages and their beautiful Romanesque churches, such as the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire.
