Recently renovated house in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne, between the Chaîne des Puys and the Massif du Sancy. You'll be ideally situated for exploring the department, from the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to the City of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, the Sancy mountains, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities including Hiking, Skiing and boating on the lakes, and the picturesque villages with their beautiful Romanesque churches, such as the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire. This Holiday cottage is attached to a barn and is in the immediate vicinity of the Chez Antoine 63G1514 holiday cottage. Possibility of renting the two Holiday cottages together: Holiday cottage 63G1520. Ground floor: large living room (40m²) with dining room, lounge, open-plan kitchen and pool table. Shower room/wc, shed. On the 1st floor: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a bunk bed (90cm) (the top bunk bed is not suitable for kids under 6). Outside, you'll enjoy a small, unfenced plot with table, chairs and plancha. Motorcycle garage in adjoining barn. Heating included. Beds made on arrival. Shops and services in Olby 2.4km and Rochefort-Mountain 10km.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with a Green'up recharging point for electric vehicles. The charge is €25 per week on request to the owner.
