Discover this magnificent stone Holiday cottage, located in Picherande, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne. Spacious and elegant, this typical house combines authentic charm and modern comfort, thanks to noble materials such as exposed stone and solid wood.
The vast living room with its stone fireplace and exposed beams invites conviviality, while the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room offer the ideal space for sharing warm meals.
The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
First floor:
- Living room-kitchen
- Laundry room
- Separate toilet
Second floor:
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed that can be separated into two 80cm beds
- One bedroom with a 160cm bed
- One bedroom with three 90cm beds (2 bunk beds - top bunk not suitable for Kids under 6 - one drawer bed).
- A large unpartitioned space with a sofa bed made up of two 90cm beds that cannot be joined together.
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet
Outside, a beautifully landscaped area with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for enjoying fine weather, while the wooded garden is perfect for relaxing. Storage space is provided for skis and bikes, facilitating access to the many outdoor activities on offer in the region.
Nearby, the Super-Besse ski resort will delight winter sports enthusiasts, while summer invites you to discover the trails of the Puy de Sancy and the surrounding villages, rich in heritage and local gastronomy.

Fred 87 Joli gîte fonctionnel
Grand gîte très agréable et fonctionnel. Idéal pour 02 couples avec 02 salles d’eau, 02 wc indépendants, une pièce annexe avec sa propre entrée pour les divers équipements de randonnées avec accès direct à la zone de vie (parfaite pour des randonneurs comme nous). Parking dans la propriété pour 02 véhicules …. Sans oublier une très belle vue sur les monts du Cantal d’un côté et les monts du Sancy de l’autre. Ceux, qui comme nous, aiment le bruit des cloches des vaches seront ravis.

Famille Billé De vraies vacances à Picherande
Village vraiment très bien situé pour de grandes randonnées en montagne, gîte restauré avec goût, très agréable, vaste et très bien conçu, permettant un confortable séjour à plusieurs. La vue des 2 côtés (Sancy / Monts du Cantal), le très beau temps du mois d'août cette année, ainsi que les passages des vaches au son des clarines matin et soir nourrissent les souvenirs et la nostalgie une fois le séjour terminé : revenir nous fera grand plaisir !

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Le Gîte est très bien équipé et agréable à vivre au beau milieu de la nature mais non loin de Besse et Super Besse.

Tekila Magnifique !
Superbe gîte récemment refait à neuf situé dans une région superbe que nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à visiter.
S’il peut faire chaud à l’étage dans la journée , le rez de chaussée reste toujours frais grâce à l’épaisseur des vieux murs.- Cleanliness
