Discover this magnificent stone Holiday cottage, located in Picherande, in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne. Spacious and elegant, this typical house combines authentic charm and modern comfort, thanks to noble materials such as exposed stone and solid wood.
The vast living room with its stone fireplace and exposed beams invites conviviality, while the fully-equipped kitchen and dining room offer the ideal space for sharing warm meals.

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:

First floor:
- Living room-kitchen
- Laundry room
- Separate toilet

Second floor:
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed that can be separated into two 80cm beds
- One bedroom with a 160cm bed
- One bedroom with three 90cm beds (2 bunk beds - top bunk not suitable for Kids under 6 - one drawer bed).
- A large unpartitioned space with a sofa bed made up of two 90cm beds that cannot be joined together.
- Two shower rooms
- A separate toilet

Outside, a beautifully landscaped area with garden furniture and barbecue is ideal for enjoying fine weather, while the wooded garden is perfect for relaxing. Storage space is provided for skis and bikes, facilitating access to the many outdoor activities on offer in the region.
Nearby, the Super-Besse ski resort will delight winter sports enthusiasts, while summer invites you to discover the trails of the Puy de Sancy and the surrounding villages, rich in heritage and local gastronomy.
