With its two terraces and 400m² enclosed grounds, you'll find absolute peace and quiet here, as well as a breathtaking view over the Petite Cité de Caractère® Nonette-Orsonette.

Many cultural activities are available in the surrounding area, including the Vallée des Saints in Boudes, the Château de Villeneuve Lembron, the town of Issoire and its Romanesque remains, and hiking and mountain biking in the Monts du Cantal (Saint-Flour) and Monts du Sancy.

This renovated former farmhouse comprises :
