Two Holiday cottages in close proximity to each other: 63G1514 + 63G1515 for a capacity of 10 people. Meals are served in the Holiday cottage on the Sioule (63G1515). You'll be ideally situated for exploring the department, from the Puy de Dôme and the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site, to the City of Clermont-Ferrand and its many attractions, the Sancy mountains, where you can enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities: Hiking, Skiing, water sports on the lakes..., and the picturesque villages with their beautiful Romanesque churches: the basilicas of Orcival and Saint-Nectaire, for example. A barn separates the two Holiday cottages. Holiday cottage 63G1514: first floor: kitchen (fully equipped: oven, senseo...) opening onto living room with wood-burning stove (wood included in the price), shower room with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) + 1 bunk bed (90cm) (top bunk bed is not suitable for kids under 6). Outside, private, unfenced plot with garden furniture. Holiday cottage 63G1515: first floor: large living room (40m²) with dining room, sitting room, open-plan kitchen and pool table. Shower room/wc, shed. 1st floor: a mezzanine, 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bunk bed. Outside, you'll enjoy a small, unfenced plot with table, chairs and plancha. Motorcycle garage in adjoining barn. Heating included. Beds made on arrival. Shops and services in Olby 2.4km and Rochefort-Mountain 10km.

The Holiday cottage is equipped with a Green'up recharging point for electric vehicles. The charge is €25 per week on request to the owner.
