Holiday cottage located between the Chaîne des Puys, a UNESCO World Heritage site, and the Monts Dores. This location is ideal for discovering the riches of the Puy-de-Dôme département: walking, shopping and visiting the Museums in Clermont-Ferrand, Hiking in the immediate vicinity with breathtaking scenery, climbing the Puy-de-Dôme on foot or with the Panoramic Train, skiing at the Mont-Dore resort... Young and old alike will also be delighted to discover the owner's Highland cow farm. She will be delighted to share her passion for animals.

The Holiday cottage is located on the 1st floor of the owner's house, on a property that includes a second cottage. Access to the living room by a few steps. It comprises :

First floor:
-a lovely living room with kitchen, sitting room with wood-burning stove (wood provided free of charge)
-bedroom with double bed (140cm)
-bathroom with double washbasin and large shower
-separate toilet with washbasin

1st floor:
-bedroom with two 2 90cm beds
-bedroom with two 2 90cm beds
-mezzanine with sofa, coffee table and bookcase

Garden-level laundry room. Adjoining private outdoor space with terrace and courtyard. Enjoy a stay surrounded by animals (chickens, goats, rabbits...) for the pleasure of young and old. Private parking on the property. Heating included for a peaceful stay.
