At an altitude of 780 m, at the end of a winding road, you'll find our Holiday cottage surrounded by meadows and woods as far as the eye can see. Just a few kilometers from the Remarkable sites of the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, you can discover the Monts du Sancy, Lake Pavin, the Chaudefour nature reserve, Murol castle, Lake Chambon, the medieval town of Besse, the Romanesque churches of St Nectaire, Orcival and Issoire...

The house comprises a well-equipped kitchen on the first floor, opening onto a vast living room with fireplace, a toilet and a storeroom. On the 1st floor, 3 bedrooms: the 1st with 2 single beds (90cm), the 2nd with 1 double bed (140cm), and the 3rd with 2 single beds (160cm and 90cm) and a bathroom with bathtub. On this floor, there's also another shower room with Italian shower and toilet. You'll also appreciate the terrace and garden with table, chairs and deckchairs, plancha and barbecue for summer evenings with family or friends. This unfenced plot offers panoramic views over the valley.

Solar thermal panels (for domestic hot water and heating) and 35 m² of self-consuming photovoltaic panels are complemented by a small electric boiler if required. Wifi, TNT, DVD player and stereo system, centralized vacuuming, bay windows and skylights equipped with solar shutters, ceiling fans... tourist guides, IGN maps, private parking. Heating according to your consumption.

Minimum one-week rental for 7 people (including Kids). Rental of bed linen offered, cleaning products, tea towels, bath mats are at your disposal, with the possibility of renting bathroom linen (bath sheet + glove) and taking the cleaning option at the end of your stay.

For couples without Kids: €100 discount per week all year round. Pets not allowed.
