In the heart of the Livradois Forez Regional Nature Park, Patricia and Vincent offer you a place to relax and get away from it all, right next to Lake Aubusson d'Auvergne. Whether it's hot or cold, Christmas or midsummer, there's a multitude of sporting and cultural activities to discover in the area! Above all, nature and sports enthusiasts will find what they're looking for here: cycling, trail running, Hiking, Ski, water sports, paragliding... We promise you, you won't be bored! You can enjoy splendid panoramic views from the estate, especially from the outdoor Sauna and Nordic bath, or from the natural pool.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor:
-a large living room with kitchen and lounge
-laundry room (shared with the owners)
-separate WC

1st floor:
-two bedrooms, each with two twin beds (90cm)
-a bedroom with three 90cm beds, two of which can be joined together
-a shower room/WC
-a shower room
-separate WC

2nd floor:
-sitting area with sofa bed (sleeps 2)
-bedroom with two twin beds (90cm)
-a dormitory with four 90cm beds that can be converted into double beds
-two shower rooms/WC

Natural pool shared with the owners and other guests, sauna and Nordic bath on site.

The site is shared with 2 Unusual Cabins, which can also use the swimming pool, sauna and Nordic bath.
