Take a little Countryside road up in the hills, in the shade of the fir trees, and let yourself be surprised by a majestic building nestled in 12 hectares of parkland. Here, silence is disturbed only by birdsong: welcome to Domaine de Montvianeix. Built on the site of an ancient 12th-century seigneury, this place steeped in history has stood the test of time. Driven by a genuine passion for heritage, the owner has tastefully restored the property, preserving its soul and highlighting its superb original features: floor tiles, exposed stonework and solid wood floors. An authentic, lively place... and we love it! The house comprises on the first floor: - a vast living/dining room opening onto a private kitchen On the second floor: - a cosy lounge/library with wood-burning stove - the La Chapelle bedroom: 160 cm bed, shower room and separate toilet. Adjoining the Terrasse room with 2 90cm beds, shower room, separate WC and private terrace - La Fontaine room: 160cm bed, bathroom and separate WC On the second floor, three bedrooms complete the ensemble: - Les Hirondelles room : bed 160 cm (additional bed 90 cm possible), bathroom and separate WC - Chambre La Serve : bed 140 cm, bathroom and separate WC - Chambre Le Parc : bed 160 cm, bathroom / shower room and separate WC For your convenience, tea and coffee are available in the owner's kitchen, as well as a refrigerator in the entrance hall.

Restaurants less than 3 km away, in the commune of Peschadoires The estate also offers the possibility of renting a room for events (yoga, training courses, seminars, wellbeing retreats, etc.) as well as a 4-person holiday cottage.
