Holiday cottage for 12 people in the heart of nature in the Livradois-Forez mountains

Are you looking for a Holiday cottage away from the crowds to reconnect with the joys of the great outdoors? We've got just what you're looking for.
We've set the scene: a Holiday cottage off the beaten track in a REAL corner of nature with numerous Hiking trails! And for the building: a recently renovated farmhouse typical of the Livradois-Forez mountains.
After exploring the beautiful, unspoilt countryside of this little corner of France, you'll take a small road to reach the Holiday cottage. Once there, you'll appreciate the comforts of home, including the gîte's large terrace overlooking the Forest. This will make your late-night aperitifs all the more delicious, as you savor the delicacies you've unearthed in the surrounding area! And yes, this is a region rich in local produce of all kinds, not to be missed!

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, comprises :

First floor:
- A vast open-plan living room/kitchen with wood-burning stove and exposed beams; direct access to the terrace

1st floor:
- A family suite with two communicating bedrooms: one with a double bed (140cm) and open-plan shower room, the other with two single beds (90cm).
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed
- Separate WC
- A bathroom with bathtub

Second floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90)
- A bedroom with a double bed (140) and a single bed (90)
- Separate WC

Access to the house via a slight slope.
The owner, a lifeguard, offers private swimming lessons at the Ambert swimming pool.
Please note that this Holiday cottage is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 12 people. For reasons of safety and comfort, it is strictly forbidden to exceed this capacity of 12 people. In the event of unauthorized overcapacity (more than 12 people), we reserve the right to refuse access to the Holiday cottage. The same applies to animals, which are strictly forbidden.
