Julia and Didier welcome you to their 16th-century house of character, set in wooded grounds a few kilometers from Riom. On the 1st floor, you'll find two spacious, tastefully furnished bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 bed and flat-screen TV, and a large bathroom with Italian shower and toilet. On the 2nd floor, a vast bedroom awaits you with a 160x200 bed, a sitting area and a shower room with WC. In an outdoor dovecote, you'll be delighted by the 3-storey living space with kitchen, wc, banquette, and bedroom on the 2nd floor with 160x200 bed and large shower. This atypical bed & breakfast will appeal to everyone with its meticulous decoration. Possibility of renting this room as a self-catering gîte (from €320 to €580/week depending on season, see owners). Cot available on request. Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the terrace, depending on the season. The shared swimming pool is located in the enclosed park. Shops and services in Chappes 0.5 km and Ennezat 3.5 km. Two gîtes are also located on the estate.
