Stay in the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d'Auvergne! One-storey gîte totally renovated in 2018, located in a former school with three other apartments, in a quiet hamlet in the village of Saint-Sauves-d 'Auvergne.
It comprises:
- a living room decorated in a warm, contemporary style,
- a semi-open kitchen,
- separate WC
- a bedroom with two 90cm beds that can be joined together
- a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and an adjoining shower room (single access from the bedroom).
You'll enjoy an 80 m² enclosed garden with garden furniture, barbecue and children's games! Electric heating included. WIFI ACCESS. Garage (low enough for some vehicles). Numerous leisure activities nearby: outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), La Bourboule spa, Mont-Dore ski resort, La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center.
