Situated near the medieval village of Besse-et-Saint-Anastaise, this stone house is ideal for a vacation with family or friends.
Semi-detached house with another rental, it has 3 levels. On the first floor, a large room with a lounge, dining room and kitchen area, an inglenook fireplace, a large vaulted cellar, a toilet area and a laundry area. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a 90 cm bed, a shower room, WC, two washbasins. Second floor: a magnificent attic room with 5 90 cm beds, a shower room with toilet. There's parking for two cars in front of the Car rental (plus a communal parking lot just behind the house for larger families). You'll also enjoy a lovely shared outdoor space with garden tables, barbecue and petanque area. For a worry-free stay: oil heating is included. Wood for the fireplace is extra (€60 per half stere) .
Ideally located for discovering the Massif du Sancy: from Lake Chambon and its water sports, to beautiful Hiking trails in the Vallée de Chaudefour, a trip to Super Besse in winter for the skiing or in summer for the many activities (resort 9km away), a gourmet stop-off to taste Saint-Nectaire cheese or a good truffade... Shops and services in Besse 3 km away.
