The "Chez l'Anna" Holiday cottage is ideally located for easy access to the surrounding Auvergne region! Gastronomy, nature, heritage, sporting activities: there's something for every taste and every age!
This detached house with garden has had a major facelift! And yes, the happy owners of this building didn't hesitate to roll up their sleeves for a most successful result!
The Holiday cottage is perfectly suited to groups: convivial and superbly equipped! You're sure to have a great stay! A host of facilities await you, including table soccer, ping-pong, a pétanque court... you name it!

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:

First floor:
- A large TV lounge and reading area - 2 beds in the comfortable sofa bed
- A separate toilet
- A gaming room with table soccer
- A shower room
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed (or two 80cm beds)

Second floor:
- A kitchen opening onto the large dining room with a beautiful fireplace (a welcome basket offered then the stere: 100€)
- Two bedrooms, each with a 160cm bed (or two 80cm beds)
- A spacious bathroom
- A separate toilet

2nd floor:
- One bedroom with one 160cm bed (or two 80cm beds), one 90cm bed and one 90cm trundle bed
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed (or two 80cm beds) and a baby bed
- A shower room/wc

The outside area, beautifully planted with trees and flowers, will provide additional living space in fine weather. There's a lovely terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue. The Holiday cottage is located in the quiet village of Perpezat, 100 meters from the church.
