Superb gîte perfectly located in the magnificent listed village of Montpeyroux! Enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the surroundings, and if you wish, the owners' delightful educational farm (free, unlimited access)! Just a few minutes' walk from the gîte, you'll rediscover a taste of childhood on this old-fashioned farm, where sharing and conviviality are the watchwords! There are plenty of activities on offer for young and old alike (donkey, pony and horse rides, horse-drawn carriage rides, small farmer workshops, butter, bread and honey making, wool working...).
The gîte is on the first floor and adjoins the owners' magnificent stone house, totally refurbished in 2019. It comprises :
- a living room-kitchen
- a large bedroom with a 140cm bed and two 90cm bunk beds (the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6)
- a shower room/wc.
A beautiful, enclosed, private outdoor space with garden furniture and barbecue is at your disposal (the exterior is currently being finished). For groups: possibility of booking with gîte 63G1415 for 5 people on the 1st floor. WIFI (weak wifi network not suitable for telecommuting) and heating included. Private parking. Daily itinerant baker who also delivers to the gîte to order. Numerous leisure activities nearby: village of Montpeyroux with restaurants, craft workshops, heritage, ..., outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, ...), swimming and water sports at Lac d'Aydat....

Nous avons passé 5 jours chez Dinou. La ferme est belle, le gîte dans le même esprit. Très propre, tout confort et plein de décorations originales. La literie au top, nous avons super bien dormi !
Très bien situé, nous avons pu faire toutes nos activités à pieds comme en voiture sans aucun souci.
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jérémy et Auriane dont la gentillesse et bienveillance sont à souligner :) sans oublier les enfants et Goliath :)
Mon activité à la ferme pédagogique me laisse un souvenir inoubliable !

L accueil a été parfait de plus une forte adaptabilité à notre désorganisation. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé et un espace enfant avec balançoire sable est un sacré plus.La visite de la ferme pédagogique est top pour toute la famille.

lucian Très convivial et adapté aux familles
C'est un lieu fabuleux pour toutes celles et tous ceux qui aiment les animaux.
Le gîte est aménagé dans un esprit contemporain avec la réutilisation astucieuse d'outils usuels d'une ferme. Les enfants adorent avec une balançoire, un cabanon et un bac à sable tout neufs. C'est très propre et très bien éclairé avec la lumière du jour. Les propriétaires sont très enthousiastes et infatigables. Ils savent surtout transmettre leur énergie. Il est possible d'explorer à pied depuis le gîte l'un des plus beaux villages d'Auvergne avec ses artistes, ses carrières, son donjon et ses restaurants.- Cleanliness
