Treat yourself to a peaceful interlude in an exceptional natural setting. This wooden chalet, which can accommodate up to 11 people (with extra beds), invites you to enjoy a preserved environment of over one hectare, between parkland, a river and a charming old mill. Outside, you'll also appreciate the beautiful fenced wooden terrace, offering an unobstructed view of the park.

A shallow stream runs through a 1,000m² plot of land directly adjacent to the Holiday cottage, but requires constant vigilance and parental supervision. Near the mill, the stream gives way to the Miouze river, with its greater depth and current. The presence of water means constant supervision of Kids, and greater responsibility for those accompanying them. A swing is also available, to be used under the parents' responsibility.

The Holiday cottage comprises on the first floor: - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and en-suite shower room with WC (adapted for people with reduced mobility) - a kitchen (adapted for people with reduced mobility) - a lounge area with the clic clac (additional sleeping area) - a separate WC in the entrance hall - an enclosed terrace On the 1st floor:
- a shower room with WC - a bedroom with two 90cm beds - two adjoining bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and one with two 90cm beds - an extra bed in the hallway On the practical side, an outdoor parking area for up to 5 vehicles is available. An outdoor electrical outlet is available for vehicle recharging (flat rate of €50 per week). A garage is also available on request. For fishing enthusiasts, the river is classified as 1st category (fishing card required). Dogs are accepted. Please note that the owners, who live nearby, also have a dog that roams freely in the vicinity. It is therefore preferable for your companion to be sociable, so that you can enjoy this environment to the full.
