Imagine a beautiful driveway leading to a charming, tree-lined property, filled with flowers and meticulously maintained, with a glimpse of Lake Aydat in the background. This is your next vacation spot!
Welcome to Hervé and Marie-Odile’s home! They’ll welcome you to this splendid, brand-new, high-end Chalet!
Quality—and nothing but quality—at every turn! The icing on the cake: a hanging hammock where you can relax with a good book—which your little ones will turn into a mini-trampoline, much to their delight.
The owners will take great care of you and will be delighted to share their passion for the region. Lake Aydat, located just a few minutes away by car, is an iconic spot in the department that you absolutely must discover (or rediscover)!
The holiday cottage is laid out as follows on the ground floor (accessible to people with reduced mobility only on the ground floor):
- a living room with a magnificent wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen
- a bedroom with a comfortable 160-bed
- a bathroom/toilet
- a laundry room (accessible from outside)
On the first floor:
- a superb mezzanine with its famous hammock!

Outside, a lovely terrace awaits you for wonderful summer evenings spent putting the world to rights.
Since Marie-Odile and Hervé aren’t the type to skimp on amenities, you’ll feel like you’re living the high life at the Gîte des Bruyères!
Small dogs may be accepted upon request by the owners.
The holiday cottage is located near a house that includes the owners’ two other holiday cottages, for a total capacity of 12 people. However, rest assured: the property (fully enclosed and secured by an electric gate) is huge (over 3,000 m²), so everyone’s peace and quiet is guaranteed!

kokelikot Un lieu de quiétude
Une propriété bien pensée... La voiture à l'abri, une allée fleurie, une maison tout confort. Un geste de douceurs sur la table en guise d'accueil. Tout est pensé pour que nous pensions plus à rien. La cuisine hyper bien équipée, les salles de bain sont fonctionnelles et design, les pièces de repos télé, ordi, coin lecture bien organisés.
Tout cela dans une hygiène parfaite et un équipement complet.
Les propriétaires discrets et accueillants sont méritants, ils mettent du coeur à l'ouvrage pour nous mettre à disposition une logistique moderne.
A proximité des coins balades à faire : la chaîne des Puys, volcans d'Auvergne... Randonnée juste en bas de la maison, thalasso à Royat avec plusieurs bains ludiques,
Nous avons passé un séjour où les mots sérénité et détente prennent tout leur sens. Mille mercis pour ce beau séjour, nous y reviendrons...- Cleanliness

Benjamin Absolument magnifique !
J'ai déjà fait beaucoup de gîtes mais celui-ci atteint des sommets !
Le cadre est somptueux et la vue des bains vitrées est superbe.
Tout est joli, des allées qui amènent au gîte, aux extérieurs.
Le cadre est splendide
Tout dedans est haut de gamme, de la machine à café aux casseroles jusqu'à l'électroménager (grille-pain SMEG et machine à café Jura)

Chalet au top hyper équipé du gel douche au café.
