This recently built Chalet is ideally located in the heart of the Massif du Sancy, in the small village of La Tour d'Auvergne, nestled in an exceptional environment. With its well-developed Lake and original historical heritage, it is a major destination in the Puy-de-Dôme region.

Many activities are available in the surrounding area, including outdoor sports (hiking, mountain biking, etc.), winter sports at La Stèle and the Chastreix ski resort, the La Tour d'Auvergne water sports center and the La Bourboule spa.

Holiday cottage includes :

First floor:
-a kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with direct access to the terrace (table, chairs, parasol, deckchairs)
-a bedroom with two 90x200 beds (twin beds, not bunk beds)
-bathroom with large shower and WC

1st floor:
-a bedroom with a 140x190 bed
-a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a sitting area with TV, and a balcony with table and chairs
-a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC

You'll enjoy a beautiful exterior with unobstructed views over the countryside and a large 30m² terrace with views, accessible from the living room.
The Chalet has a carport, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs.
