Nestled in the heart of the Parc naturel des Volcans d'Auvergne, just a stone's throw from Orcival and its famous basilica.
La Canopée et les oiseaux invites you to a serene interlude in the heart of nature, between Mont-Dôme and Mont-Dore.
This warm wooden house is the perfect setting for a rejuvenating stay with family or friends.
A detached house with a friendly atmosphere, it features generous volumes, plenty of natural light and large windows overlooking the surrounding countryside.

First floor:
Three bedrooms, each with a 180cm bed, en-suite shower room and WC,
-A fourth bedroom with 90cm Bunk beds (the upper bed is not suitable for Kids under 6), a bathroom with whirlpool bath and private WC,

On the 1st floor is a vast living room bathed in light, thanks to its large bay windows offering an unobstructed view of the valley:
With open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living area with large-screen TV and impressive ceramic wood-burning stove, the heart of the house.

In another part of the house (accessible from the outside and at ground level with additional terrace):
A living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (extra sleeping space for an extra person)
Bedroom with double bed (140cm) and open-plan shower room
-WC accessible from the bedroom

Outside:
The large 2,200 m² enclosed garden, opening onto the fields, is a haven of peace. You'll find a lounge, garden table, Kids' games, ping-pong table and barbecue, perfect for making the most of fine weather.
A storage room is available for your skis, bikes or motorcycles.
Hiking and mountain biking enthusiasts will appreciate the direct access to GR and marked trails.

The Holiday cottage can also be rented as a 2-person (63G2007), 4-person (63G1663), 6-person (63G1664) or 8-person (63G1555) apartment, to suit your every need.
